Royal Albert Hall Car Park Template

We were ask to come up with a solution to enable one of the main contractors at the Royal Albert Hall, to allow them to designate parking bays, by using spray paint. The size had to be at least 2.4 square.
The template had to be durable, but light enough for the spray team to move around, we decided to use ACM (aluminium composite) for this purpose.
The Royal Albert Hall logo was imported into our design software. By creating a simplified version of the logo which included holding tags, so the logo could be replicated without compromising on the overall design. We then were able to CNC the logo manufactured from 2 equal sections. Both sections where then riveted by the use of a continuous piano hinge.
The template has been delivered to site by our installation team and is now in use.
