Legal Requirements
Any non-domestic building with more than one floor should provide a means of refuge for any person who cannot easily use fire escapes via lifts & stairs during an emergency. The regulations states that an effective two-way communication system must be in place for these refuge areas.

They can be screw mounted for uneven surfaces, or VHB tape for direct internal wall mounting. (please note due to your surface area, this tape might not be suitable)
